Bacon & Scrambled Eggs
Bacon and eggs makes a good and simple breakfast for families. The best part is that the kids can help too!
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp of milk
- 2 pinches of salt & pepper
- Thin strips of bacon
- 1 tsp of olive oil
Equipment
- Fork or whisk
- Pan
- Plate
- Paper towels
Instructions for Bacon
- Lay out several thin strips of bacon on a plate with paper towel on top. After you lay out bacon put another paper towel on top of the bacon and put in the microwave.
- Microwave bacon for three minutes. When you take it out check it to see if it's ready. if it's not put the bacon back in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- After that your bacon should be ready.

- Crack the eggs into a bowl. Pour in two tbsp of milk and two pinches of salt and pepper.
- Whisk eggs to make them fluffy.
- Pour one tsp of olive oil on to the pan on medium heat.
- Cook eggs in pan with spatula until the eggs are yellow and fluffy.
